This seems like a rough draft or mishmash of ideas. There is zero info on homeopathics. There is no practical info on HOW to use any of the herbs mentioned. Some dangerous plants are named, with no specific warning... Overall, not really useful for beginners or advanced. I am deleting this kindle book. |
